Who I Am and What I Do Here
hi! I want to share with you how I arrived at the place where I am today.
From a young age, I felt a calling to help and heal people. I was drawn to small acts of care, like putting bandages on wounds and supporting others. There was a warmth growing inside me and a strong desire to nurture those around me. As a teenager, my uncle gave me the book The Release Technique by Hawkins, which marked the beginning of my first practices—my awareness started to expand. Another “strange” coincidence: wherever I traveled, I found spiritual books in public libraries, from Osho’s Consciousness to coaching guides.
In high school, I thought medicine would be my path. Yet my curiosity about human relationships—how they form, what strengthens them—won out, and I decided to study psychology.
This was the beginning of my journey into releasing my own limiting beliefs, personal stories, and, above all, emotions held in the body. I started with personal therapy, Hellinger constellations, and then expanded through mentoring, coaching, and hypnotherapy. Over time, I gained experience with multiple methods and began shaping myself as a psychologist and guide. I drew inspiration from quantum physicists and neurobiologists. I meditated and learned to calm my mind—a practice I continue to this day. By helping myself, I was learning how to help others.
Later, I pursued courses in therapy, energy work, and spiritual growth, which complemented my toolkit and personal transformation. These experiences gave me an understanding of the journey itself, not just the goals. Over the years, I developed my own methods and approach, which I now share with joy. I witness the beautiful transformations of the people I work with, and this is my greatest joy and motivation to continue growing and evolving.
